Welcome to the BigBrownEyes Brand! For those of you that I have not met personally, or didn’t make your way over from Instagram, BigBrownEyes is the name of my personal Instagram page. I created it back in 2013 initially as something to roll off the tongue. My eyes have always been a physical attribute people have pointed out through my life. Over the years, the name of my account became more about how I see what is going on in my life vs how people see me. I mean, the eyes are said to be the windows to the soul for a reason. My eyes capture moments with my loved ones, my eyes see the world, they witness dreams coming true and passions being pursued. I have so many interests and one of the best things about that is getting to share them with others who are interested!
Currently I am sharing my experiences in three different areas of my life. BigBrownEyes in a BigBlueWorld was my first concept about my love for travel. I started a blog with the same name back in 2020, but of course the pandemic had other plans for me. Now it is a travel podcast with its first episode dropping soon. BigBrownEyes LittleGreenThumb is my passion project about urban farming/gardening and educating about living more sustainable and Eco-friendly lives right in our own homes or backyards. I have a separate Instagram account for this concept. The newest development, which ironically was the first content ready on this website is BigBrownEyes in the DeepBlueSea. This is an ongoing blog about my experiences as an aquarium volunteer and things related to marine conservation.
